The resort is situated on the east coast of Zanzibar, approximately 60 km away from Stone Town and the airport. Set on a beautiful 6.5 hectare site, the resort will captivate you from the moment you enter the reception with its breathtaking views over the palm fringed beaches and the azure blue water of the Indian Ocean.


The Rooms:
Accommodation consists of 100 bungalows (84 Superior Rooms and 8 Junior Suites) designed in traditional native style offering incredible views over the white sandy beaches fringing the Indian Ocean beyond.
Each room is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with the following two Single beds or one King size bed with mosquito netting, satellite television and radio, Direct Dial telephone, ceiling fan, en suite bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet, a private terrace, a mini-bar amd a hair dryer.

In addition to the above, the Junior Suite has a spacious living room equipped with a television, a mini-bar and a telephone. Please note that some rooms have an interconnecting door for families.


The Restaurants and Bars:
The Ocean Restaurant set on the upper level with magnificent views over the resort and beaches offers breakfast, lunch and dinner within the meal plan arrangements. As a guest you will be offered a choice of Table d’hote menus, themed buffets and BBQ’s featuring a varied selection of fresh local fish served with the finest tropical fruits and other local produce of Zanzibar.

The Jahazi Restaurant & Pool Bar located at the poolside and overlooking the Ocean is an ideal place for guests to sip cold drinks, ice creams and milk shakes or have a meal of seafood specialties, pizza as well as other light fare, all served in an informal setting.

The Bahari Lounge and Bar offers the perfect way to enjoy an aperitif whilst taking in the multitude of tropical sounds and the shimmering beauty of coastal Africa by night.

Later in the evening you can enjoy the lively setting and exciting dimensions of the Jungle Disco & Bar.
